Shipping and Delivery
We strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes place within 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Severe weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, and incorrect delivery information may cause shipping delays.
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our studio in Portugal.
Every lamp is handcrafted and personalized before dispatch to ensure the best quality and attention to detail.
Shipping is free for all orders equal to or above €79.00.
For orders below €79.00, the following rates apply:
- Portugal and Spain: €5.10
- Europe: €9.90
For international shipments, fixed rates apply regardless of the order value:
- United Kingdom: £17.20
Rest of the world (Non-European countries): €49.90
We ship to to the following countries:
European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
Europe (Non-EU): Albania, Montenegro, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Principality of Monaco, Vatican City, Georgia.
Asia: Japan, United Arab Emirates
Africa: Algeria, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia.
South America: Argentina, Brazil.
Excluded areas We do not ship to countries not listed above or to duty-free zones or special tax areas (such as Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, etc.).
Delivery restrictions We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, post offices, hotels, lockers, or incomplete/unverifiable addresses. Orders placed with such addresses may be automatically cancelled.
Order delivery is only available to private addresses or workplaces.
It is not possible to request delivery to pick-up points, lockers, or post offices, whether public or private, as this option is not available at checkout.
Orders are shipped from Portugal using CTT and trusted international delivery partners.
Depending on the destination country, your parcel may be delivered by local carriers such as DHL, La Poste, Royal Mail, PostNL, or other national postal services.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Picking up your order in store is easy!
1. Add the item to your cart.
2. Before checkout, select the 'Pickup' option under 'Delivery Method'.
3. If the option is available for the selected items, you’ll be able to confirm in-store pickup.
⚠ The in-store pickup service is only available at Portugal.
You have three options to track your shipment:
1. Via email: use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
2. From your Account Area: if you have an account, you can monitor the shipment directly from your profile.

Product and Personalization
Yes — every lamp is personalized with the name or text you choose before placing your order. Each piece is custom-made specifically for you, making every lamp unique.
The product photos shown on our website are illustrative examples to help you visualize the final result. Since every lamp is individually personalized and handcrafted, small variations may occur.
All lamps are USB powered for simple plug-and-play use. They can be connected to the included power adapter, a computer, power bank, or any standard USB power source.
Each order includes:
- Your personalized lamp
- USB cable
- Power adapter
- Remote control for RGB lighting
- Flyer with instructions
Everything is ready to use right out of the box.
Yes — our lamps feature RGB LED lighting with multiple colors and lighting effects. You can control brightness, colors, and effects using the included remote control or compatible mobile app.
Yes — the LED system is energy efficient and designed for safe everyday use. The lights stay cool during normal operation, making them ideal for bedrooms, desks, gaming setups, and nightstands.
Our lamps are produced using premium PLA material combined with high-quality LED components to ensure durability, precise detail, and vibrant lighting effects.
Orders and Support
Because all products are personalized and made to order, production usually begins shortly after purchase.
If you need to change the name, text, or any order details, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before production starts.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact our support team. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and work quickly to find the best solution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The packaging
- The shipping label

Returns and Refunds
As all our products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering choices.
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The personalization was produced incorrectly (wrong name or print)
- The order arrived damaged during shipping
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at geral@3dglow.pt as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the situation quickly.
Yes — cancellations are possible within 60 minutes of placing your order.
After this period, production may already have started and we may no longer be able to cancel the order because each item is custom-made specifically for you.
Because every lamp is personalized and produced on demand, personalized items cannot usually be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an incorrect personalization, please contact us and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Yes. Payments by card will activate secure servers on the website that adhere to SSL security standards. The transfer of card data is completely secure.
Entering sensitive data is done in a completely secure manner, with full guarantees for the customer. The website's security system uses a TCP/IP protocol with 128-bit encryption, certified by VeriSign.
Once the payment details are collected, the bank that issued the card will guide the customer through the international authorization process, and a confirmation will be received to indicate whether the payment was successful or not. (3DS)
