  1. Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products (such as lamps with personalized names), we do not accept returns. Please make sure of your purchase before completing your order, especially for customized items.

  1. Order Errors

If there is any mistake with your order, such as a shipping error or a product defect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your product. We are committed to correcting any error that may have occurred during production or shipping.

  1. Product Repair

If the product presents a defect or error on our part, we will take responsibility for repairing the item. We will guide you on how to send the product back and will carry out the necessary repair at no additional cost to you.

  1. How to Request a Repair:

  • Send an email to geral@3dglow.pt

  • Provide your order number and describe the issue with the product

  • If possible, attach a clear photo of the defect or error

After evaluating the situation, we will contact you with instructions on the next steps.

  1. Shipping Costs for Repairs:

If the error is on our part, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. If the issue is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect personalization details), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

  1. Order Changes or Cancellations:

As these are personalized products, we cannot allow changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
