These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website and making purchases, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3D Glow offers personalized lamps and custom products using 3D printing technology. All our products are made with high-quality materials (such as PLA) and are custom-manufactured according to the specifications and preferences provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment methods at checkout:

4. Prices and Shipping Fees
Product prices are listed in the online store and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Shipping fees depend on the destination country and selected method, and will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over €79.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery Policy
Since our products are custom-made to order, the average production and processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
• Mainland Portugal & Islands: 1 to 2 business days.
• Spain: 1 to 3 business days.
• Rest of Europe: 4 to 5 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy
In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the items, without stating a reason.
Important Note (Legal Exclusion): According to applicable legislation, personalized items or goods manufactured specifically to customer specifications (such as products with custom names, designs, or exclusive configurations) are strictly excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged due to transport, 3D Glow will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, provided the customer contacts us immediately at geral@3dglow.pt.

7. Liability
3D Glow is not responsible for damages caused by product misuse or for customer errors when providing incorrect or incomplete information at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, and product designs, is the exclusive property of 3D Glow and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR / RAL)
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to the following Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity:
